The police can not cope with the violence, since the number of migrants in the city has already exceeded 9 thousand people, which is greater than the number of guards eight times. According to the official statement, the city police is under attack “every night”, and the situation in the refugee camps in Calais is not in any way controlled.
“A year ago I asked for Hollande’s government to introduce troops into the city… Calais is part of France, and the laws of the Republic must be executed!”, concluded Madame Buchert.
