Most vehicles were imported to Ukraine from the EU.
From January to April 2016 in Ukraine have been imported 34421 motor vehicle, which is 57% more than last year.
It is noted that the value of imported motor vehicles were valued by the customs at 539,426 million dollars.
“Most was spent by the importers for the purchase of passenger cars – 410,5 million dollars, which were imported in the amount of 23 884 units. Commercial and special vehicles imported 10 PCs 222 124 in the amount of $ 200,000. The growth was 94% compared to the first four months of 2015,..”, – stated in the message.
Import of buses has increased by 76% compared to the same period last year to 315 PCs At the same time, the customs value of the imported buses increased by 171%.
The greatest number of vehicles over the same period was imported into Ukraine from the European Union, which provided 2/3 of the volume of auto-import. In terms of imports of passenger cars, the EU’s share was 56%, in the supply of commercial and special vehicles – 39%, and in the bus segment – 67%.
