A negative balance of Rostov “capital Bank” following the results of the monitoring conducted by the provisional administration, amounted to 2.44 billion rubles. On Tuesday, August 2, according to the Bank of Russia.
According to the Central Bank, size of Bank assets is 1,509 billion, liabilities — 3,957 billion rubles.
At the time of the revocation of the license of a negative capital of a credit institution was equal 574,5 million rubles. The Bank’s assets decreased by 2.2 times — up to 1.5 billion compared to 3.37 billion to the monitoring.
On 15 February, the Bank of Russia reported that “Kapitalbank” conducted high-risk lending policy connected with placement of funds into low-quality assets. For this reason, the license of the credit institution has been withdrawn.
By total assets of the financial institution on February 1, 2016 364 took place in the Russian banking system.
