Russia and Saudi Arabia will “pump out as much oil as possible.” In an interview with CNBC said the head of division-oil industry and markets the International energy Agency (IEA) Neil Atkinson.
“In the world after the Doha meeting, when we were basically in a free oil market, they [Russian companies] will extract as much oil as the market will be able to swallow, and Saudi Arabia says the same thing,” he said.
