But there are all these “myths” one thing that all these “science fiction” have forgotten or never knew, that in the basis of this “Industry 4.0” and IT is generally the Programmer in particular. But given that smart programmers we just minuscule, and those imbued with Western IT the paradigm that they don’t understand IT-Self, wait for something sensible.
In the meantime, in his proclamation at the beginning of the “Industry 4.0” has already finished a self-organizing System Smart-MES the Leadership of the great Russia 5 years holds in “dusty closet” and exposed the “horrific torture” involving corruption and bureaucratic tools. All the ideologists of the “Industry 4.0” with ecstasy tell about Adaptivity as a driving force of this revolution, but is absolutely silent about Self-organization. I wonder, when they speak IT-Adaptability, they imply that the problem IT-Self is already decided as a matter of course, or they think that IT-Self is implemented is elementary, and therefore does not deserve attention. But this IT-Self in the World yet, but our self-organizing System Smart-MES, and only we possess the Technology IT-Self. And without IT-no Self-organization and IT-Adaptation. And when the ideologues are going to do this the industrial revolution?

Many of these Agents already will create a self-organizing Cognitive Multi-agent IT-System that can operate in any industrial production by implementing “Industry 4.0”.
In this case, the basis of this technology are two philosophical concepts, i.e., Basis and Superstructure, or rather the EXE and TXT Basis-Superstructure. This structure allows you to have easy adaptability to any direction, because all specific subject area is only in the Superstructure, and which has no relation to the Basis. But the Base creates the Superstructure operates in conjunction with the compiled add-in and facilitates subsequent Self-organization to increase speed performance.
Thus, if the Basis has no relation to a specific subject area, such as the economy, industry or the defence industry, this means that the Basis can be used for absolutely any direction and for any enterprise.
