“Stop nuclear war exercises on the Korean Peninsula, then we also stop our nuclear tests,” he said.
The Minister stressed that North Korea has the right to a deterrent in the form of nuclear weapons, and it is not intimidated by sanctions. He also stressed that the development of nuclear weapons the country has pushed the United States.
