The collectivization in the Ukrainian lands – one of the most difficult periods in the history of the Ukrainian people. Forced collectivization led to a huge number of terrible consequences. Dispossession, violence, famine, mass deportations and repression… All this adversely affected not only that generation of people.
Partly the consequences of collectivization we can feel, and in modern times. The Holodomor of 1932-1933 was a real act of genocide of the Ukrainian people and called a so-called “inferiority complex”, which is typical for our people to this day.
