The Bank of Russia revoked the license of the Moscow Bank “Strategy” and “ABB”. On Thursday, July 21, according to the website of the Central Bank.
According to the regulator, with a poor quality of assets the Bank “Strategy” inadequately assessed in connection with these risks. Credit risk evaluation revealed complete loss of own means of Bank. “The management and owners of Bank didn’t take effective measures on normalization of its activity”, — noted in the Central Bank.
In the case of the Bank “ABB” identified conduct high-risk credit policy. The credit institution has not created adequate accepted risks provisions for possible losses on loan indebtedness and other assets. While ABB has been involved in dubious transactions, said the Central Bank.
Both banks are participants of system of insurance of deposits.
According to the Agency for Deposit insurance, the payments on deposits of the Bank “Strategy” will begin no later than August 4, 2016. For operational reception of statements of citizens and the fastest payments will be used by the agent banks to be selected at the competition no later than 27 July.
