A few days ago it was announced, Vice President Joe Biden, who promised that the attack would be carried out under those circumstances, “which will have the greatest effect.”
On the eve of President Vladimir Putin said that such threats do not correspond to international norms, noting that Americans long ago “for all the peeping and eavesdrop on everyone”. The Americans are now able to access all user information. They can read our correspondence, to see our photos to see us through the camera laptops. This is not fiction, it’s real. Another question that I as a user really don’t care what some American agents will read my notes in Facebook and look at me through the camera in the computer. I even glue will not — why? It is absolutely not in it.
The problem is viewed from the point of view of a critical public infrastructure. It turns out that our financial system, banking system, energy sector, defence industry are under threat. The Americans do not need to attack anyone. Don’t need any sophisticated hacker attacks. Practical the whole system of life support of the country in danger of collapse, literally at the click of your fingers.
Of course, I really like the statement that Russia needs its computers, its software. Who can argue of course, necessary. But it is not done overnight, in one day, month or year. So, Microsoft exists since 70 years, and all this time they develop operating systems. To make a similar product, Russia is required to pass all the necessary stages: need a certain school, team…
In fact, cyber warfare is already underway: the Americans methodically gather information, build a special bookmark all your software products, it is part of their state policy. We must frankly admit that we have nothing to say. Personally, I have no recipe, what to do in this situation. We are technically not ready for such global conflict that showed up.
