Model Tesla Roadster, built on the Lotus Elise sports car, was produced from 2008 to 2012. The Roadster is equipped with a 288-horsepower electric motor, allowing electrocare to accelerate from zero to “hundred” for 3,7 seconds. Total produced about 2,5 thousand cars.
It is expected that the successor model of the Roadster will appear in 2019. The basis of the electric vehicle, which will be bigger and faster than its predecessor, will form the architecture of the Tesla Model 3.
