Ukrainian tennis player did not stay on the major hard-court tournament of the season Premier.
Elina Svitolina after a big performance at the Olympic games in Rio de Janeiro have left a significant footprint at the tournament in Cincinnati. The first racket of the country for the third time this season lost a naturalized Australian Daria Gavrilova.
In the first set Svitolina reminded of itself only when the score was 0:5 – Elina did a back break but after a few minutes Gavrilova has completed the set in their favor. In the second set Svitolina twice lost her serve and never reached the break-points.

Kateryna Bondarenko after the successful overcoming of qualification met with one of the strongest tennis players of France’s Kristina Mladenovic.
