In the state Duma introduced a bill, it is proposed to require employers to index wages to inflation. But Mr Medvedev pensioners are not going to index a pension. He, you know, no money. He has 7.8 trillion roubles as of July 1 – recent data out of the Finance Ministry – are without movement, and here of the Russian pensioners they have not enough money. So let the private sector does, and we in government will not do this. Lord, you even the right to life to citizens of the Russian Federation in violation of the Constitution does not warrant, choking the money. What right do you have someone something to impute? Who the hell are you?
