The electric version of the SsangYong Korando will appear in 2019.
Following the “Korando” will appear in 2019. Technologies for electrical power plant will be borrowed from parent company South Korean brand — Mahindra & Mahindra. The product design will perform in the style of a concept hybrid SUV XAV-Adventure, shown in the fall of 2015 at the Frankfurt motor show.
In 2018, SsangYong will release a flagship Rexton SUV next generation, the harbinger of which debuted in September at the motor show in Paris. “Rexton” will be offered with a new two-liter petrol “turboservice”, which, as expected, will be paired with eight-speed automatic transmission.
In November, SsangYong will resume selling its cars in Russia. The company will return to the Russian market with a compact crossover Tivoli, which is equipped with a 1.6-liter petrol engine capacity of 126 HP. Prices for the model will start from 999 thousand rubles.
