Special services of Latvia, explained the mayor of Riga, that he was joking wrong

It’s called, dear friends, what fought for it and ran…

“Democratic” the West every year, more and more turns into a perverse caricature of the Soviet Union, which dominated the “telephone law” and the opinion of “a narrow circle of persons”.

Freedom of speech in the West likened the first and sturgeon second freshness on right and wrong. However, it is not surprising – if we are terrorists Western Democrats are divided into right and wrong, the freedom of speech even more so.

It turns out that this approach applies to jokes in “free” Europe…

No, no, the joke in Europe is not cancelled – you can laugh, BUT IT SHOULD be DONE CORRECTLY.

But how to determine which laughter is right and what is wrong?

Here just right to recall an anecdote of Soviet times: the Nixon brags to Brezhnev: “In America every American can say out loud that Nixon is a fool!” Brezhnev replies: “I Found than to surprise! In the USSR too, everyone can say that Nixon is a fool!”

We all know that Latvia has estimated the damage from the Soviet occupation of 185 billion euros. All normal people, not living in “ward No. 6”, clear delusional of the claims – they just laughed at them.

Спецслужбы Латвии объяснили мэру Риги, что он шутит неправильно

Nile Ushakov funny in the humor he understands

For example, Maria Zakharova announced a competition for the best comment to the Latvian claims, and the mayor of Riga nil Ushakov drew an ironic caricature, which depicts a cyclist, with his hands broken bike, and then demanded compensation from Russia, in Latvian the size requirements for the Soviet occupation:

Спецслужбы Латвии объяснили мэру Риги, что он шутит неправильно

Please note that nil Ushakov duplicated the caricature, the inscription in two languages, to avoid charges of violating the law on the state language ))))

Like anything criminal has happened: stupid joke of the Latvian authorities followed the jokes normal people! But “democratic” Latvian state outright Riga mayor looked from a POLITICAL point of view: member of the “Unity” Vilnis Kirkis appealed to the Security Police (SP) with a request to consider, it does not appear whether the actions Ushakov, under article of the Criminal law of justification of GENOCIDE AND CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY (by the way, five years in prison under Latvian laws!).

Here in Latvia can dig deep “proper” citizens!

Nevertheless, the Security Police are unable to find a crime in the actions of Ushakov.

But, if not found, it does not mean that Ushakov is right: Secretary PB Liga Petersone said that, posting in social networks a caricature of a fair claim of Latvia to repair the damage from “the Soviet occupation”, the Riga mayor CONTRIBUTED to the SPLIT of SOCIETY, helping the Russian Federation in promoting its geopolitical interests.

Too bad, Yes? Though not guilty, BUT GUILTY!

Therefore, Ushakov was summoned to the BOP “on the carpet” for the moral brainwashing in the best traditions of Soviet times…

What do you want, throws his hands Petersone, Latvia’s Constitution guarantees freedom of speech and prohibits censorship, BUT this RIGHT is NOT absolute: “Using the Constitution’s rights for purposes of provocation, the officer demonstrated a lack of understanding of their responsibility to the voters and the security of the state”.

What happened to “Charlie”, Mrs. Peterson? Because you obviously confuse the term with a finger, fighting against “Soviet totalitarianism” as “homegrown totalitarianism”!

Maria Zakharova are unable to ignore this contradiction in the actions of the Latvian authorities and gave very sage advice Ushakov: “next time suggest to publish the cartoons in Charlie Hebdo. You are fully protected, no one will not tell you a single word”.

Nil Ushakov smart guy, next time he will do so…
