The national anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine completed pre-trial investigation against one of the city judges of the Luhansk region A. M. Gorbatenko, which are suspected of receiving bribes for making certain judicial decisions.

The suspect in the corruption the judge owned three cars, apartments in Lugansk and Severodonetsk; during the investigative actions seized cash in the amount of 2 thousand Euro and 60 100 dollars, jewelry.
In addition, law enforcement authorities established that the judge has an apartment and a Bank account in Spain.
In cooperation with Spanish law enforcement, the Office had achieved the seizure of foreign and Ukrainian assets Gorbatenko.
At the same time, the High qualification Commission of judges of Ukraine has suspended the suspect from office.
