What to do if Your only daughter has taken a single housing – an apartment, after 20 years of ownership, in which everything is hand made. And finally, what to do if you burned Your bookstore along with the icons and books written by You and published in Abkhazia. How to live, if everything You loved and lived, was destroyed. If the labor of generations of Your family has brazenly taken away by strangers. These people come to Your house, call You a “Russian dog”, promise to kill Your family, burn Your house. And You are bedridden and can’t get up, can’t protect themselves and their families.
What can I do, Alekseeva Natalia, if my father is 87 years old, he broke his leg, he is bedridden, and is between life and death. And at this point I was summoned to court, I want to take an apartment, to make actually homeless in his old age. What will You choose? What is more important – the life of the father or the hearing? For me there is nothing more important than the lives of the native and close person – my father who raised me alone, without a mother and devoted her life for me.
Our family comes from Adygea. In the apartment we made repairs, replaced Windows, floors, wiring, plumbing, lay tile, acquired the necessary household appliances and furniture, installed water heaters, air conditioning, balcony, wrought iron bars. We worked hard, cared about each other, and there were no signs of trouble.

14 may 2013 I flew to Moscow for the funeral of his mother. The next day in the evening at the house of his father came Putintseva, E. A., her nephews pachulia, the husband of the niece Tarkil. They began to shout, to threaten to blow up our home, burn us with the house, dad wanted to leave, he became ill, but they pounced on him, held 85-year-old. After returning from Moscow, I asked the Prosecutor about the burglary of my apartment, the penetration into her and the death threats. Anyone to justice are not attracted, but the apartment was returned to me. In the office of the Head of administration of Novy Afon, we were given the keys to the new front door, thus we were forced to pay 12 thousand rubles Putintseva, E. A., installed in the door.

As a result, I was unable to obtain qualified legal assistance and are unable to prepare adequately for trial, as already many days did not sleep, and could hardly stand on his feet. Prior to this I spent 2 years participated in the trial, and everything was always correct and professionally, but the fact that I had to see and hear this time, you can see, perhaps, only in a nightmare.
The witnesses of the plaintiff in one voice said that she lived in my apartment like his own, “all my life”, and this despite the fact that the plaintiff already owns the right of ownership of two apartments in the same house and apartment in the Russian Federation. The judge allowed himself to admire the plaintiff, saying that I and my father are “ungrateful people” that the plaintiff “so much made for us. My request to involve in the process of my father the judge refused, saying that my father is crazy and he will not interview. The witnesses of the plaintiff, her relatives threatened me with death, by killing my son. When I asked to place on record these threats, the judge ordered the court reporter: “don’t write!”. When I asked to be put on record my objections to the actions of the judge and the court clerk started to take minutes on my objection, the judge jumped up and snatched the pen from the Secretary, said, “Here I decide what to write!”, then before the end of the hearing, the Secretary just sat there, not taking the Protocol. In court I was intimidated, nasmichael me, insulted me and my father. All petitions for disqualification of judge B. Z. Argun left unattended. Treated like that one of the witnesses broke down and said she is against what is happening in court, what we have in Abkhazia so people do not do that it is against the fact that I robbed the apartment that it is unfair, and left the courtroom. My motion to postpone the hearing because I feel bad, was rejected. Bullying me and then continued. Gudauta district court on 5 June 2015. made a decision without my participation, I just have not been able to attend since my father was in great pain, and could not be left alone, as reported by the court. But, nevertheless, the court ignored my absence for a valid reason and the Name of the Republic of Abkhazia, answered to the claim Putintseva, E. A., depriving me of the rights of ownership of the apartment. The judges of the Republic of Abkhazia is a huge responsibility, because they administered justice in the name of Our state, and are obliged to protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens. After the end of the trial within the statutory period with the trial record to see did not give me. The decision of the court is also not given, said not ready, just passing the time. I received the decision of the court August 20, 2015, after two and a half months after adoption, and after appeal to the Supreme Court against the judge Argun B. Z. I appealed to the Prosecutor of the Gudauta district on the illegal re-registration of my apartment and the prosecution witnesses – relatives, Putintseva, E. A., for perjury in court. But no reaction followed. The record of the trial, I never saw. The testimony of the witnesses, confirming my long possession of the apartment, my original documents to the apartment, receipts, checks – everything was ignored by the court. But, nevertheless, I have accepted the appeal, despite the fact that the deadline for appeal was missed through the fault of the court, and I appealed to court with the statement for restoration of the missed deadline. But as I explained to the judge Argun B. Z. made the decision, he left the place in magazine of registration of incoming correspondence and therefore did not believe that I missed the deadline, the decision has not entered into legal force, so I took the appeal and recorded retrospectively.
My hopes for a fair hearing in the Cassation Board on civil cases, and the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Abkhazia, unfortunately, is also not justified. April 29, 2016, the Presidium of the Supreme Court issued a final decision, recognizing the right of ownership of the apartment for Putintseva, E. A., thereby dismissing my Supervisory review. In judicial session of Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Abkhazia I counsel proved the absurdity of the attacks on my apartment Putintseva, E. A., and presented to the court written evidence of your accommodation, the use and possession of the apartment, also putting on a gross procedural violations of civil law committed by the court of first instance. My apartment had already seized other people’s apartments by force, intimidating the owners. People whose parents were in prison for murder, while my family worked for the benefit of Abkhazia.
