Samsung said that customer safety is their key priority
On Saturday, September 10, South Korean company Samsung has advised its users to turn off smartphones, Galaxy Note 7 and as quickly as possible to exchange them for new ones.
The reason such statements have a problem with the batteries of the new flagship, which may occur self-ignition of battery can result in explosion of the device. Samsung just counted 35 such cases.
Earlier, Samsung announced that it will stop shipments of its flagship smartphone Galaxy Note 7. The company said that the device requires additional testing regarding the quality of the product.
Recall, Samsung started to sell new phablet Galaxy Note 7, on August 19 in 10 countries around the world.
