Russia’s revenues from oil sales fell by a third

In January-July 2016 revenue from Russian oil exports fell 30 per cent to 39.4 billion, compared with 56.2 per billion over the same period last year. On Wednesday, 7 September, reported the Federal customs service (FCS).

In physical terms, foreign deliveries for seven months of the year grew by 5.6 percent, to 148,5 million tons, follows from the materials of the FCS.

Revenues from exports of oil products in January-July of this year decreased by 44.3 percent to 24.8 billion dollars, compared with 44.4 billion for the same period in 2015. Physical exports fell by 13 percent, to 91.9 million tons.

September 5 Russia and Saudi Arabia signed a joint statement to stabilise the oil market.

On 1 August, the Finance Ministry announced that the average price of Russian Urals oil in January-July 2016 fell one and a half times compared to the same period last year and accounted for 38.68 per barrel.

In the Federal budget by 2016, has an average annual cost of Urals oil at $ 50 per barrel. Expected revenues when the cost of hydrocarbons will be 13,74 billion rubles, expenses — 16.1 trillion.
