Capitalization of LUKOIL decreased by 3.4 percent to 2.32 trillion rubles. Papers “Surgutneftegaz” also fell 3.4 percent, the paper of “Gazprom oil” — on 1,3%. Shares of Bashneft have fallen in price on 3%, “Tatneft” — on 2,9%.

The MICEX index, having a minimum around 17:00 CET, then increased and, as of 18:50 MSK amounted to 1892,64 item. The change against the previous trading day is -0,79%.

Trading day was under the influence of the failure of the Doha talks between the representatives of oil-producing countries, which was held on Sunday, April 17. It was assumed that the parties will sign an agreement to freeze production to prevent further fall in energy prices.

The deal did not materialize, as Saudi Arabia refused to sign any documents without the participation of Iran. The representatives of the Islamic Republic in Doha has not arrived. In light of the information about the failure of the talks Brent crude fell almost 5 per cent and the US dollar rose to 68 rubles.
