Employee Double Data Dmitry Zubanov decided to test the quality of customer support Russian banks. For this, he wrote to the administrators of public pages in Facebook with a request to tell a joke. The results of the experiment he posted on his page on the social network.
According to Zubanova, he wrote 44 banking institutions, and client services like Rosebank, but received replies from only 15 of them. Moreover, some banks responded only after several messages in a row.
Anecdotes or jokes on the subject of banking activities, said a total of nine banks, including credit Bank of Moscow, VTB-24, Bank “Opening”, Rocketbank and Bank “Tinkoff”.

Zubanov noted that the possibility of support to answer such an unusual request of the client indicates the high professionalism of its employees. But this level of expertise has only a small number of banks, since 70 percent of them did not reply to his queries in social networks
