Retired no money? But what about what goes outside of the country?

This money would be enough to increase pension of twice each

На пенсии нет денег? А как же то, что уходит за пределы страны?

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev visited Crimea, and there a pensioner asked him – how to live on 8 thousand, when the prices are crazy. Medvedev openly admitted that the money for increase of pensions no. This is a common excuse of the officials – they don’t see money where they are. There is not enough money to pensioners, we do not have enough money to state employees, do not have enough money the defense industry. This happens because the government do not think about the economy, about the real sector, which, strictly speaking, creates the goods and services needed by those same pensioners, state employees and the military.

In the unit, which is Medvedev, who expressed the view about the fact that have even lower incomes. In particular, the idea was announced by the Ministry of economic development about the possibility of lower wages! But this can lead to a social explosion and a final stupor of our economy, because the compression of consumption means a reduction in effective demand, which somehow stimulates the remnants of the real economy.

Let’s not forget that Medvedev and the Ministers of Finance and economic bloc do not notice tens and hundreds of billions of dollars that go outside of the country. All pretend to not see the money and not aware of their existence. But it is enough to look at the balance of payments of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, even though the document is “incomplete” because it does not fix the shadow operation, and shows a net outflow of capital.

Here is your resource. To solve these problems, do not require any long-term programs that are now going to discuss Kudrin and Co. It is necessary to take concrete steps to impose restrictions and prohibitions on cross-border capital flows. This is the first. Second, you must eliminate the painful growths on the body of the Russian economy, which are called financial markets.

Kudrin interviewed on TV admitted that in the accounts of Russian companies today are cash, equivalent to the annual volume of investment in fixed capital. Before such was not, for the simple reason that our oligarchs and entrepreneurs start to think. They used to, without thinking out all over the country, and now there is a danger of freezing accounts because of the sanctions, and therefore they are “stuck”, accumulate the money, but it is not going to invest in fixed capital, in the development of the real economy. Because they still are some alternatives, albeit only potential is either getting a much higher income as a result of speculative operations on the domestic financial markets, or the situation on economic sanctions, may be, will change for the better, but then again, the money they withdraw and convert outside the Russian Federation.

I repeat, this is a huge reserve that Medvedev does not want to see. And Siluanov does not want to see, and the speaker does not want to see, there is a taboo on the discussion of this topic. This would be enough to last for a twofold increase in pensions.

And now offers Mr. Kudrin? – to raise the retirement age. First dabout 63 years of age, and then to 65 years. If you take the average life expectancy of men in Russia, a man comes out at age 65 on a pension and can get Kudrinskaya a pension as much as 11 months. Here, you know, call it a mockery – just gently.

Kudrin received a new status, he is now our Deputy Chairman of the economic Council under the President, Chairman of the center for strategic research, head of the working programme Priorities for structural reforms and sustainable economic growth,” I already received information about the outline of the document prepared by the working group of the former Minister.

In these sketches there is no mention of the introduction of control on capital flows, he says nothing about de-dollarization of the economy, no mention of offshore, says nothing about industrialization. What draws attention is the import, export. And actually – gratuitous feeding of the Western economy. Kudrin says that we need to increase the share of investments, but without the active participation of the state, allegedly because if there is a state to intervene, no structural reforms will not happen.

Who is behind these reforms cost? One and the same people – Gaidar’s team, I’m not even lazy, look who is preparing documents for the working group – here and Gref, and Yudaeva – she’s “young” member of the team Gaidar-type and, in fact, the Institute of Gaidar and the HSE. That is presented in pure, unrefined form of liberalism in our government Medvedev.
