All members of the Organization of countries-exporters of oil (OPEC) has received an invitation to a meeting in the Qatari capital Doha, which will be dedicated to frozen oil. About it reports Bloomberg.
The Secretary General of OPEC Abdullah al-Badri said that not all the invited members of the cartel will be able to participate directly in the negotiations. Al-Badri noted that he did not know, there is a meeting of Iran.
He added that oil prices have reached the bottom. “The cost of crude oil will recover, but not to high or moderate levels” — leads the Agency of his word.

Currently, OPEC includes 13 countries, among them Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, UAE and Venezuela. The meeting, which will discuss the freezing of oil production, to be held on April 17. It will be joined by Russia.
February 16, Russia and several OPEC members (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Venezuela) agreed to freeze oil production in order to support the quotation, subsided for a year and a half by 70 percent.
