The global smartphone market has ceased to grow rapidly, however, Samsung Electronic has managed to strengthen its leading position even in such conditions.
According to preliminary estimates of analysts, in the period from April to June 2016 manufacturers have released almost 343,3 million units of smartphones, while over the same period of last year this indicator was equal 342,4 million units.
It is noted that the lack of growth in the production of smartphones for the second consecutive quarter in a row. Ryan Reith – IDC analyst notes that, overall, the global smartphone market as before changing. New manufacturers are trying to adapt to each change, for which they are regularly updating their product and business strategy.
For example digging Apple pays more attention to the renting gadgets, thus they adopt experience of computer manufacturers. As it is written in IDC, Samsung was able to strengthen its position thanks to the release of new flagships Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge, which according to analysts have the right combination of functionality with style.
