Predators in Libya

Хищники в Ливии

Here and waited. In the agenda of the back section of Libya, declared war with the Jamahiriya. The fact that it was impossible to tell under the roar of bombs and shells, as too would jump in the eye, today appears to us as an unfortunate necessity.

“Libya has once again become a stable and strong country”, — tweets from Washington of Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi, expressing full support “to Prime Minister [Faiz] Sarraj and around Tripoli.”

Those who care about it in Washington, Paris, London and Rome — all those who, destabilizirovat and war tore to shreds the Libyan state, now picks through the remains of the “international mission of assistance to Libya”.

Their intentions are announced agents. So, Paolo Scaroni, head of Eni [Ente Nazionale Idrocarburi] maneuvered in Libya between rebels and mercenaries, and is now the Vice President of the Bank Rothschild, said “Corriere della Sera” that “we need to end the fiction of Libya”, “the country that invented” by Italian colonialism. “We need to promote the emergence in Tripolitania government, which called on foreign forces to help him resist”, thus pushing Cyrenaica and Fezzan to create their own regional governments with possible unification in the distant future in the Federation. Until then, “each would administer its energy resources” located in Tripolitania and in Cyrenaica. A similar idea provides for a “Avvenire” Ernesto Preziosi, member of the Catholic direction: “to Form the Libyan Union of three States — Cyrenaica, Tripolitania and Fezzan, — owning Community together on oil and gas”, supported by “appropriate European military force”.

This old colonial policy of the 19th century, covered in neo-colonial way with the strategy of the USA-NATO that destroyed the integrated national States (Yugoslavia, Libya) and dismembered (or tried to dismember), some others (Iraq, Syria) to control their territory and their resources.

Libya has almost 40% of all African oil, valuable thanks to the high quality and low cost of extraction, and very significant deposits of natural gas, exploitation of which can bring today American and European transnational corporations profit significantly higher than they had received from the Libyan state. Moreover, eliminating the nation-state and dealing directly with power groups Tripolitania and Cyrenaica, they can achieve the privatization of public resources and, consequently, direct management.

In addition to black gold, the transnational corporations strive to seize and white, namely huge reserves of groundwater of the Nubian aquifer that stretches under Libya, Egypt, Sudan and Chad. The possibilities of this underground reservoir has been demonstrated by the Libyan government, who built aqueducts that transported fresh water for drinking and irrigation million cubic meters per day, derived from 1,300 sources in the desert, at a distance of 1600 km up to the cities on the coast and made the fertile lands of the desert.

After landing in Libya, under the official pretext of the help in the liberation from the presence of Days, the U.S. and leading European powers can recreate their military bases closed by Muammar Gaddafi in 1970, in their important geostrategic position at the crossroads of the Mediterranean, Africa and the Middle East.

Finally, thanks to the “mission assisting Libya,” the U.S. and leading European powers divide the spoils from the biggest robbery of the century: a $ 150 billion Libyan sovereign funds, confiscated in 2011, which could whateveritis, reach the level of Libyan energy exports of previous years. Sovereign funds invested in the Qaddafi era to create currency and independent financial institutions of the African Union (for this reason it was decided to overthrow Gaddafi, as is evident from email correspondence Hillary Clinton), will be used for the destruction of what’s left of the Libyan state. The state, which “never existed” because in Libya it was only “many tribes,” said Giorgio Napolitano, who imagine themselves in the Senate of the Kingdom of Italy.
