The study showed that the optimal level of physical activity – from 3000 to 4000 MET-minutes per week. To achieve it is not very difficult.

So, 3000 MET-minutes per week is 10 minutes of climbing stairs, 15 minutes of cleaning with a vacuum cleaner, 20 minutes gardening, 20 minutes running, 25 minutes walking or Cycling per day. Scientists strongly recommend that people be active. This will help to strengthen health.
