Russia’s relations with NATO are experiencing a trust deficit, said the President’s press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.
“Our relationship, of course, are seemingly forgotten but quickly returned the deficit of mutual trust and triumph full of mutual mistrust,” he told reporters on Tuesday, commenting on the statements by the representatives of NATO countries on the eve of the meeting of the Council Russia-NATO at the level of ambassadors.
According to Peskov, Moscow “record is quite unfriendly actions of the Alliance in terms of capacity building at our borders”. “We believe that these actions of the Alliance are a threat to national interests and national security of Russia”, – said the press Secretary of the Russian President.
