But do not forget that children adopt all the habits of adults, so in your best interest to follow the regime of the child. Because it will certainly affect his future, both physical and mental.

How to rebuild habits and to teach the child to go to bed early?

The situation must be radically changed, not only to retrain the baby to go to sleep early and all family members to follow this schedule. After all, if a child hears voices after lights-out, sees the light from under the slits of the door, it automatically concludes that more open-ended time going to sleep.

Another solution is to start a tradition to read to a child before bedtime. So he will understand that if mom or dad read him a book, so soon it’s time to go to bed.

Another tip is to disable and remove all your gadgets at night. Including constantly checking their devices in the middle of the night, you are showing a bad example to children, who can repeat your bad habits.

Do not forget also about sports. Children who train in the evenings, fall asleep much faster.

Do not neglect these rules. Habit early in childhood will give good fruits in the future: these children will emerge confident, physically and emotionally healthy adults.
