Parents left five-month-old boy in a closed car in the area of VDNKH in Moscow, reports “Interfax”.
Crying baby in the overheated salon found the staff of the evacuation, when he wanted to pick up the car, parked in a prohibited place near one of the entrances at ENEA. They called an ambulance.
According to the Agency, the police, the child’s parents managed to find only in an hour. “We went out to lunch quick in the car and left enabled mobile phone”, — explained the incident the boy’s father. The guards said that the phone was out of power.
In the police station it was decided to bring the father of the child, it will be drawn up a Protocol on administrative violation.
In the summer of 2015 the Commissioner on child rights under the President of Russia Pavel Astakhov said about the need to bring to administrative responsibility of parents leaving unattended children under the age of six years.
