On Apple sued because of problems with the touch screens of smartphones iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. The problem has already been named a Touch of the Disease.

For the first time iPhone owners filed a lawsuit in U.S. district court in Northern California in August. The lawsuit included allegations of fraud and negligence, emphasizing the fact that Apple offered no assistance to the plaintiffs.
And here came the second claim. The law firm Merchant Law Group filed a class action: one on behalf of residents of Quebec and the second-level across Canada. The plaintiff accuses Apple of neglecting their duties, since the manufacturer put on the market defective smartphones, “knowingly and intentionally concealed” the defect from consumers and has not offered an acceptable solution to the problem.
Apple has yet to respond to the charges.
