Russian oil exports in January – June 2016 has increased compared to the same period last year by 5.9%, to 127,854 million tons, follows from the data of the Central Supervisory control energy (CDU TEK).
In particular, in June the export made $ 20,614 million tons. In particular, for the six months of delivery to the CIS countries increased by 7.3%, to 11,498 million tons, in export – by 5.8%, to 116,355 million tons, reports TASS.
The supply of crude oil at Russian refineries in January – June 2016 amounted to 137,604 million tons, which is 3.3% lower than a year earlier.
In late may, the Minister of economic development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev said that the price of oil will likely not reach the peaks that were a few years ago, the markets have found new equilibrium from 50 to 50 dollars per barrel.
Meanwhile, the international energy Agency (IEA) in a June report raised its forecast for global oil demand in 2016 to 100 thousand barrels per day – up to 96,07 million barrels per day.
