The Cabinet of Ministers has submitted to the State Duma a bill, which stipulates an increase in the amount of the lump sum from the funds of the parent capital in 2016. Instead of 20 thousand it becomes equal to 25 thousand rubles.
“Provides for the possibility of in 2016, the citizens having the right to maternity capital, lump sum payments at the expense of the prisoner in the amount of 25 thousand rubles”, – stated in the explanatory Memorandum attached to the bill.
It is worth emphasizing that to take advantage of the opportunity to take from means of the parent capital money, it will be possible until 31 December 2016.
To get money will be by writing a letter asking about their selection of principal amount. The order of this payment at the expense of the prisoner, as well as the General rules, which must be a statement about how to obtain the money will establish the Ministry of labour as a departmental act.
It should be noted that the maternity capital program as of November 1, 2015 have already benefited 6.5 million families. To date, nearly 2 million people are planning to take advantage of their opportunity to receive this lump sum payment.
