The Director of the manufacturer of the extruder Anton Myagkov told that the machine makes feed from grains and legumes. The raw material is processed at a temperature of 150-200 degrees under high pressure. As a result of his “breaks”, the amount increases several times, and the texture becomes dense and airy at the same time. “In fact, the end product is a strand— like popcorn, only for the animals,” he says.
“Popcorn,” according to Myagkov, absorbed at 97 percent, in contrast to the traditional feed of cracked grain that is digested by only 30 percent. In addition, due to thermal processing in the strand do not survive germs, so it is indispensable for rearing young. Myagkov says that extruded feeds reduce the mortality and morbidity of animals by 90 percent.
