After forty years of a day it is better not to sleep.
Scientists from Cambridge University have found that the habit to sleep a couple of hours a day can shorten a person’s life by a third. A pattern of British experts have identified through years of extensive research.
Scientists for 13 years watched 16 thousand volunteers. Specialists found out that the fans take a NAP for an hour in the afternoon belonging to the age group of 40 to 70 years, thus reduced my life expectancy by 14%. And those who slept in the afternoon two hours or more increased the risk of early death by 32%.
Unfortunately, the reasons for such regularities, scientists can not name yet, but actively working in this direction.
