For subjects who consume daily more than 4 tin cans 355 ml, the risk of depression was 30% higher for consumption of beverages with sweeteners and 38% when consumption of soft drinks with juice.

Coffee, by contrast, reduces the risk of depression among the subjects. Among those who regularly consumed more than 4 cups of coffee in day, risk of depression was 9% below.

The so-called “diet drinks with low calories and huge amounts of the sweeteners are much more dangerous to the nervous system, even than the regular “colored” unnatural drinks. The risk of developing depression when consuming more than 4 tin 355мл-oriented bottles of “diet” beverages were 51% higher in comparison with 8% in the regular consumption of sweet soft drinks.

The same trend is observed in the tea-based drinks – the more sweeteners, the higher the risk of depression!
In relation to the use of natural tea, it also helps reduce the risk of depression, spacecraft to coffee and in addition contains a large quantity of useful bioflavonoids, antioxidants.

Thus, it becomes apparent that the use of sweet carbonated soft drinks in their severity and damage to the body, can be compared only with their “diet” counterparts.

Naturally, in all good measure. People suffering from diseases of the cardiovascular system should not get involved with drinking coffee. Much healthier and safer for them to replace it with green and herbal tea.
