Day 1
Your diet must consist only of peaches. Divide 1 kg of fruits in 4 a meal. From drinks are allowed green tea and water.
Day 2
Breakfast: 2 medium peach.
Lunch: 200 g of cottage cheese, a glass of peach juice.
Dinner: 2 large peaches or 3-4 small ones.
Day 3
Breakfast: a glass of peach juice, 2 boiled eggs.
Lunch: 4 peach, 50 g of cheese with a slice of rye bread.
Dinner: 3-4 peach.
Day 4
Repeat the first day of the peach diet.
