Moscow is seriously concerned about the nuclear test of the DPRK. This was stated today by the Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov, answering a corresponding question.
“We are seriously concerned about the conduct of the trial (DPRK). UN security Council resolutions must be strictly implemented,” he said.
Earlier, South Korean experts said that about 09.30 local time (03.30 GMT) in the DPRK was recorded earthquake of magnitude 5.0. DPRK authorities have confirmed the successful conduct of nuclear tests and said that they are able to equip nuclear warheads on ballistic missiles.
According to the South Korean military, the power of the explosive device could be 10 kilotons, which is almost twice the power of the explosion in January, which amounted to 6 kilotons. Experts also stressed that in case of confirmation of these nuclear tests may be the biggest in the history of the DPRK.
