28-30 September in Moscow in hotel “Space” passed jubilee, the 20th conference of the international Association of business WISE. This time in the capital of Russia gathered more than 1,000 businessmen from 14 countries.
One of the main business events of 2016 was held in late September in a traditional for the international Association of business WISE the hotel “Cosmos”, but rather in a concert hall. Jubilee, the 20th business conference of the CIS and Baltic countries gathered not only speakers, but also 1007 businessmen from Russia, Europe and even the United States. Participated in all 14 countries and republics, including Russia, Moldova, Ukraine, Ireland, Latvia, Estonia, Slovakia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
Among the speakers this time were mainly businessmen from the CIS, and this is not surprising – the main issue in Russia and in the CIS countries and the Baltic region – on how to operate a business in today’s economy. Gone are the days when it was an interesting experience European and American businessmen, and when they were viewed as super-humans. Today in Russia the realities of the business, its problems and its advantages, which, as a rule, not known and unknown guests from the West.
Therefore, the main speakers at the conference were Russian and Ukrainian experts. In addition to such major market players as Vladimir kussakin (founder BusinessForward), Alexander Vysotsky (Visotsky Consulting), Eugene Kotov (Practicum Group) and Andrei Sizov (Prodavay.ru), much attention was paid to the experience of application management tools management of large companies. In this part of the conference their experiences of overcoming difficulties of recent years have shared, including Ilya Schneider (the founder of the holding “Enthusiast”, Russia) and Alexey Ivasyuk (“Harmony of comfort”, Belarus).

For example, the Manager and the owner of the company “Performia” in Russia Vladimir Sidorenko has raised a very important problem with employee engagement. Including what engagement is different from motivation, and what benefits it can bring to the company. Especially when it comes to production enterprises in the province.
