Bank analysts believe that Russia in 2017 will increasing production by 1.7 percent compared to the current year — on-year to 11.42 million barrels per day, and in 2018 another 1.1 per cent to 11.55 million). However, in 2019 and 2020, oil production will gradually decline to 11.48 million, experts predict.

Earlier, on 25 July, the price of Brent crude on the ICE futures exchange fell below $ 45 per barrel.
