Changed the prototype eX will debut in mid-August.
Company Mitsubishi Motors has published a teaser of the new concept car. The car looks virtually identical to the eX concept crossover, which debuted at the Tokyo motor show in Oct 2015. The prototype was called the harbinger of the ASX crossover new generation.
Apparently, the Japanese brand is preparing to introduce an updated version of the concept, which is closer to serial than the previous one. The novelty differs from the eX, only the shape of the rear lights and the configuration of the doors. Probably, the rear doors will not open against the movement, like the Tokyo concept.
It is not excluded that Mitsubishi will not change its electric powertrain that allows all-wheel drive crossover to pass without recharging up to 400 kilometers. In addition, a prototype will receive a set of modern electronic assistants and autopilot.
The premiere of the updated concept car Mitsubishi eX will be held at the motor show in Indonesia, which will open on August 11.
