Microsoft was ready to make the final step to troubleshoot control Panel in Windows 10.

Microsoft themselves say, the decision was made in order to bring the PC version of Windows 10 and its smartphone OS. It is assumed that the functionality of the control panel will go to a special program with the settings, but so far there’s little information.
