In his speech, the Prime Minister said about the need to preserve for three years the single tax on imputed income. “The business expects us to certain tax decisions. In this connection, I propose to keep a Single tax on imputed income. And extend it for three years,” he said at the party Congress.

“To work more effectively with businesses, for forming rational policy of the state in business, I suggest establishing a party Platform in support of business initiatives,” said Medvedev. “Those who independently started their own business and step by step move toward success, always give a sober assessment of our work, help you to find the right solution,” he explained.

Medvedev spoke about specific professions. In particular, advocated simplification of the tax rules for nannies and Tutors. “The simplification of rules for self-employed people – teachers, nurses, nannies, master of household services – in short, millions of our citizens,” he called the authorities at the party Congress. “Let self-employed people to notify the IRS about his work. And since the filing of this notice will be exempt from paying taxes for 2-3 years”, – explained the Prime Minister. And the state will be able to protect self-employed people from extortion and bribes,” says Medvedev.

During his speech he warned about the dangers of “gray” wages. Medvedev explained that “there is a risk of the return envelope wages and this is reflected in the future pension of the employees.”

Speaking on the topic of employment, Medvedev said that the budget has funds to support regions with the tense employment situation, but overall strong growth of unemployment is expected.
