Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said that in Russia the problem of scientific development in a large gap between the development and their commercial realization.
“We have quite a significant “gap” between the science and the conversion of these scientific achievements in the applied result. Commercialization of scientific developments while we are given very little,” said he, reports TASS.
In addition, the head of the government noted that technological solutions in Russia is high but there are problems with the transformation into concrete products. “When Russia will learn to connect research and development with Commerce, we take a huge leap forward and get our economy on a completely new technological level”, — said Medvedev.
He also added that this depends on the business, which should be interesting development. “The government must create the conditions for business were interested to invest in startups engaged in venture capital financing”, — said the Prime Minister.
