Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree approving the procedure of restructuring by the customer in 2016 debts of commercial banks. The document published on the government website. The document will allow to reduce risks of loss by Bank of liquidity in connection with repaying large amounts of debt.
As explained in the help document, “the regulations define the procedure for establishing a schedule of gradual repayment of commercial banks for Bank guarantees for 2016 in equal shares transferred to the customer on a monthly basis, except for liabilities, offsetting the amount paid in advance”.
The rules developed by the Ministry of economic development to implement the Federal law “On contract system in procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs”.
