Banks actively use the services of collection agencies to recover debts from their customers. Although for anybody not a secret that the methods used by the collectors to achieve their goals, to put it mildly, not always humane. The authorities are now trying to legally obligate the collection Agency to act within the legal field. But the question arises: do we need such an organization or can be do without them?
