Billionaire Gennady Timchenko in the next month will head the Supervisory Board of the Night hockey League.
Night hockey League (NHL) will be converted from a limited liability to the Fund, said at a conference of the NHL, the Secretary of the Council under RF President on development of physical culture and sports Aleksey Kulakovsky. About it reports RBC.
When the Fund is created the Supervisory Board which will be headed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Continental hockey League Gennady Timchenko. The Supervisory Board also included prominent hockey figures. Candidate Timchenko was determined “in consultation with the chief project Manager Vladimir Putin,” added Kulakovsky.
All decisions on the transformation of Night hockey League will be accepted until July 15. President of the NHL after a change in the format will be Alexander Yakushev.
