Models of the brand Infiniti show record growth rates in the Chinese automobile market. Despite the strong performance, sales volumes are still lagging far behind from the competition.
To change this trend the company intends after the new QX50 SUV. Experts have called it the most anticipated modification from concern because the car is equipped with a unique interior and technical characteristics.
Company representatives noted that brad Infiniti is the fastest growing in number of models sold in the Chinese market. Such a dynamic growth the group is able to maintain for two years, but overall demand is still lagging behind competitors. The total share of cars of a class “premium” from the brand Infiniti is very small and is about 2.5%, far below European counterparts. Concern has focused on the U.S. market, where it occupies more than 6% of the total production. But in Europe the issue is insignificant and does not reach 1%. According to the approved plan, Nissan Motor shall annually increase the share premium by 10%; however, these experts do not notice. According to experts, such problems are caused by the strong dependence of North and South America, which exported more than 65% of the vehicles produced.
In connection with the big competition on the market of China, the concern becomes more difficult to create models according to the buyers requirements. Overall cars made for the United States, are not in great demand in China. However, the company intends to increase its brand due to the appearance of the new SUV, the QX50.
