The case was initiated against Director of the company. The attacker in the implementation of repairs was inaccurate information in the construction documents, reports TASS.
Previously convicted 32-year-old suspect created controlled by him fictitious firm. She acted as the contractor in the performance of major repairs in apartment houses one of the villages in the Verkhnebureinsky district.
The contractor under the terms of the contract was to make canopies of the entrances. It has not fulfilled its obligations, and in the construction documents indicated that the work is completed. So he stole about half a million owners of apartment buildings.
As have informed in a press-service of Department of internal Affairs across Khabarovsk territory, the Director of the Contracting company charged with fraud committed by a person using his official position in especially large size. He faces imprisonment for up to six years.
