In the Gulf of Mexico leaked oil capacity of more than 337,8 thousand cubic meters, according to the website of the U.S. coast guard.
The leak occurred from a pipeline connecting four wells of a floating production platform of the Royal Dutch Shell company in 144.8 million km to the South of the island Timbalier.
“We received a report that the leak has been corrected”, — noted in military service.
Currently, Royal Dutch Shell eliminates the effects of the spill. Coast guard is responsible for monitoring this process with the help of helicopters aimed at the emergency.
