Banknotes of plastic can appear in Russia. Now this matter is under discussion between Goznak and the Central Bank. It is believed that they are memorable and timed to world football championship 2018.

Currently, experts are considering all the design decisions and technologies of commemorative banknotes. The final decision about how it will look like the bill will take to 2017, according to news Agency “SeverInform” with reference to “Izvestia”.

Note that conventional monetary banknotes of a number of the use of unconventional materials is not planned, because Goznak believe it to be unnecessary.
