The developers of Mass Effect: Andromeda are set to tell a new story.
The creators of Mass Effect: Andromeda told about what will be a similar system of moral choice in the new game. The developers have promised to make in Mass Effect: Andromeda more shades of gray.
The original Mass Effect trilogy was presented the hero/renegade, thanks to which any option was estimated on a scale of good/bad. In fact it was diametrically opposed to the elections, it was impossible to make a good choice with the shades of poor, the solution has always been radically heroic or evil.
According to the developers, in Mass Effect: Andromeda, this system will change. “I think that given the current sentiment in any entertainment industry, people are much more interesting shades of gray,” said creative Director of the game.
According to the creative Director, the last system has become an integral part of the trilogy, representing what Shepard could have become. But Mass Effect: Andromeda is not about Shepard, the developers are set to tell a new story. So they disposed of the old scheme and have implemented the system, according to which there is no clearly positive or negative election.
